To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil16 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jil16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil16 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jil16 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jil16 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jil16 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
jil16 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jil16 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
